The ground floor of the Visitor Centre is home to a café serving hot and cold food and drinks, snacks, main meals and children’s meals. It has comfortable seating indoors as well as outdoor seating scaling up the side of the Centre with views overlooking the pond. With air-conditioning and outdoor patio heaters, the Visitor Centre is a perfect choice in all weathers!

Interactive information touch screens are situated throughout the ground floor, giving information about our trails, events, natural environment and history.

The ground floor also has a Changing Places Toilet, baby changing facilities and male and female toilets.

There is a buggy park next to customer lifts and stairs that lead to the second floor where our exciting new three-storey Treetops Indoor play is situated. The second floor is accessible via a bridge directly from the car park, allowing for step-free access.

The soft play is secure and has its own toilet and baby-changing facilities. Children can enjoy the woodland and nature-themed soft play while parents can watch on from the seating area and have a refreshment from the café. Treetops Indoor Play  is available for private hire and party bookings.

The second floor offers panoramic views over Gnoll Fishpond and the park. A new balcony and glazed inside seating area are the perfect place to relax and take in the natural surroundings.

The Visitor Centre is available for private hire for events such as parties, conferences and meetings. The versatile spaces can be set up for a wide range of uses, from boardroom style and theatre seating as well as open plan events.
